Why Should You Buy The Artisan Cherry Perfect Peel?

The first thing we noted is that this cherry pizza peel is beautifully constructed. It’s hand-sanded which creates a smooth finish. The 8” inch paddle has also been designed with a beveled edge. It looks amazing in our outdoor kitchen and will look great in yours too! 

Then, we wanted to see how easy it is to use. The handle was comfortable to hold, but because it is only 8” long, we’d recommend it for small pizza ovens. When it comes to the handle length, you want to be able to reach the back of your oven without burning your skin. We would not advise using this peel for large, commercial ovens.

Also, keep in mind you can always invest in a quality pair of heat-resistant gloves. If you’re set on this peel but are unsure whether it offers a long enough handle, get some heat-resistant gloves to further protect your arms. The overall length of this tool is 26”.
